Work Started on MBCT 1.1

Started work on Modifications by ChrisTuffur v1.1 for TBoGT. So far I’ve implemented car colours, car groups, a custom timecycle for extended view distance and improved lighting, as well as the removal of motion blur for vehicles. Thought I’d give the Brickade and APC a fresh skin, also.
